Watch This Space
Our in-house improvised comedy troupe, Watch This Space was the brainchild of Matthew Watson Jones and Mike Burgess, with its first event back in March 2017 at Bar Zoo in Gràcia. Since then the group has provided weekly improv jamming activities for all those brave enough to get up on stage and follow the fun. They follow a simple format of creative improv games combined with performances from invited teams and special guests.

The BCN Studio's playground personality was very much born from the Watch This Space intention of providing happy, safe spaces to create and play together...and follow the fun!

Teatro del Sótano
Our in-house theatre company Teatro del Sótano (Basement Theatre) is an artistic collective that aims to create space for theatrical and poetic exploration that promote dialogue about our social environment, uncertainties and concerns about our world. In addition to creating theatre productions they also run workshops for young people, manage artistic residencies and create multimedia works.​
